Sheeted & framed excavation of 5 metres x 5 metres x 4 metres was used to excavate down on to a leaking end seal. Full temporary works design was put into place before any work commenced.

Once the end seal and filling points were exposed, the sleeve was then pressurised,  and it was found that the end seal was offset and not holding pressure. A decision was made by the client that a bespoke end seal was to be manufactured and installed.  Once the endseal was installed the sleeve was then repressurised with nitrogen and is now holding pressure, resulting in the sleeve now being compliant.
