Deep Excavations

Carr has many years’ experience in managing and carrying out deep excavations.

We can offer you a complete “Turn Key” service for any excavation

We currently are working in partnership with two of the UK’s leading utility companies managing and delivering excavations.

We can design and install ‘Deep Excavation Shoring’ and maintain the same for the life of your project.

We can install permanent access shafts for long term projects or we can offer a design solution for the same.

At Carr we know that a deep excavation can be cause for great concern and that it requires extensive monitoring therefore we do not take our responsibility on your works lightly. We will and currently do offer many different solutions for different locations. Our excavation teams are highly trained and able to cope with excavations regardless of their depth/scope. We focus intensely on providing a safe working environment for all workers and third parties in the vicinity of the works.

Our excavation services are designed to meet the needs and expectations of industrial and commercial clients.

Thank you for maintaining good communication throughout the delivery of the project. All works have taken place in alignment with the agreed measures at the relevant site visits and in subsequent correspondence. Looking forward, we are hopeful of working to draw up a protocol for working in the New Forest SSSI using measures to ensure that minimal harm and disturbance is caused as a result of the operations.
