We were called into carry out works at Frensham AGI, the works consisted of lifting sunken & broken slabs, which were causing a trip hazard for people entering the site compound. We were issued a Form of Authority & Safe Working Procedures were put into place for working on or near buried pressurised pipework, PAMS
